Experience a savoury Pork Vindaloo curry made with Ceylon Cinnamon. A traditional dish from India's Goa state enhanced with Ceylon Cinnamon and Hungarian Paprika. This recipe is an ideal Keto diet with lots of fat to help you lose weight.
Infused with a healthy dose of Hungarian Paprika to give it color, flavor and hotness. The addition of vinegar is a must to give it another depth of flavor. The Ceylon Cinnamon powder is subtte but mixes with the spices to create a fabulous flavor combination. You can however avoid the chilli's and the hot Paprika if hot is not to your taste and instead just use sweet Hungarian Paprika.
Ideally you wash Pork with fat in it. Fat does not make you fat and actually helps burn fat as you feel satiated. We got 1 lb of Pork Belly (with juicy fat bits mostly) and 1lb of Pork shoulder with meat in it. That combination of meat is the best for this recipe.

Unlike ordinary Cassia Cinnamon you find in the stores, Ceylon Cinnamon has low Coumarin levels, so it won't damage your liver, especially if you are a regular Cinnamon tea drinker. Besides Ceylon Cinnamon is mild, yet slightly sweeter. It's not spicy like store bought Cassia Cinnamon, but has hints of cloves and citrus with wonderful subtle aroma.
Ceylon Cinnamon is subtle and adds to create a more complex flavors. You would never know there is Ceylon Cinnamon in this dish, unlike Cassia Cinnamon which tends to be harsh and immediately makes its presence felt and often ruins the recipe.
