WHY OUR CINNAMON BARK OIL IS SO GOOD
The quality of cinnamon oils is determined by a compound called cinnamaldehyde. The higher the the level of cinnamaldehyde the better its aroma, anti bacterial properties and blood sugar lowering ability. The quality of our Ceylon cinnamon bark oil is maintained at about 80% (check our test results for each batch) posted on the products page) the highest quality you can find anywhere in the World. To prevent any fakery we also subject it a battery of tests including what is called a DEP test which shows any artificial means of boosting the oil. It actually takes us a very long time to this level of quality. It is not USDA organic because the best quality oil comes from the trees that grows next to a variety of other plants in the jungle. Obviously we cannot certify the jungle as being organic. And it requires very specific soil and weather conditions.
