2. RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy.

Standard Returns

  • Unopened, unused, and undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged or defective product, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us promptly.

Once we verify the issue, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will, at our discretion:

  • issue a full refund (including the original shipping charges, if applicable), or
  • send a replacement product at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns that are not the result of our error or a damaged or defective product.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be canceled without charge only if they have not yet been processed, packed, or shipped by our fulfillment department. Because many orders are processed quickly, we recommend requesting cancellation within one hour of placing your order. However, submitting a cancellation request within one hour does not guarantee that the order can be canceled before processing begins.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer want the order, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy. A 15% cancellation/restocking fee may apply to orders canceled after processing has begun or to refused shipments.


3. SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders are processed within 24 business hours
  • Shipping occurs on business days only
  • Risk of loss transfers to customer once carrier accepts package
  • Address errors may incur additional fees
  • Incorrect address corrections or re-shipments may incur a $10 fee
  • Orders requiring credit card verification delays may incur a $15 fee

Customers must provide accurate billing and shipping details at checkout.


4. RESTRICTED SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We do not currently ship to:

  • Nevada (if still applicable — confirm this is intentional)
  • Most international destinations except select countries including:
    • Australia
    • Canada
    • United Kingdom

International shipments may include a $1.50 customs processing fee.

We are not responsible for third-party parcel forwarding services.


5. SALES TAX

We do not collect sales tax on orders placed through our website because we are not currently required to collect sales tax in the states where we sell.

Nevada residents must purchase our products through Amazon, which collects and remits the applicable sales tax on our behalf.

If your state requires you to pay use tax on purchases where sales tax was not collected, you are responsible for reporting and remitting any applicable tax in accordance with your state's laws.
