  • 1 three inch Ceylon Cinnamon sticks
  • 5 and half cups water
  • 2 slices of lime (1 slice per serving of 2.5 cups)
  1. Add 5 and half cups water to a pan, drop one 3 inch Ceylon Cinnamon stick and bring to a slow boil over medium heat with lid covered. About 25 minutes on an electric stove.
  2. Let it cool completely (About 35 minutes) until the Cinnamon starts to bleed into the water.
  3. Refrigerate until cold.
  4. Pour into your favorite BPA free insulated water bottle, add crushed ice and one slice of lime and take it to the gym with you.
