Cinnamon Mushroom Stir Fry

Try this amazing cinnamon mushroom stir fry with shrimp paste. It will blow your socks off. The trick is to find some good shrimp paste without additives like MSG, sugar and soy. You can find it if you look hard enough. The Ceylon Cinnamon blends and gives it an amazing savory taste that will keep you coming back. Keto diet friendly. But you can also eat it with rice or in a sandwich.

  • 1/2 lb sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. Shrimp paste
  • 1/2 tsp. Ceylon Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Chill powder
  • 1 Medium red onion roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp. crushed garlic
  • 2 tbs. Coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
  1. Wash the mushrooms, pat dry and cut into slices
  2. Heat 1 tbs coconut oil to medium high heat. About 2 -7 seven minutes depending on the pan and heat source.
  3. Add the mushroom to the pan and fry for ten minutes stirring frequently.
  4. Make a space in the center of the pan, add 1 tbs of coconut oil, heat it for 30 seconds and then add the garlic and let it fry for 15 seconds.
  5. Finally add the Shrimp paste, chili powder, chili powder and black pepper and stir fry for another 30 seconds.
  6. Finally add the onion and stir fry it for 2 minutes.

  7. Serve with other vegetables and a steak (or other protein source) if on the Keto diet or with rice and in sandwich if not.
