1 piece pacific cod, 6 oz.
1.5 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon Ceylon Cinnamon powder
1/2 cup (4 oz.) chicken stock
1 medium lemon
1 teaspoon capers
3 cloves garlic, sliced thin
2 tablespoons olive oil (or coconut oil)

Season the Cod: Sprinkle salt and pepper on all sides of the cod steak, gently patting it in with your hand.
Prepare the Coating: In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of flour with 1/2 teaspoon of Ceylon Cinnamon powder. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the cod, patting it into the fish.
Cook the Cod: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan.
